Any terms used in this website of Alosi Candles or ‘us’, and/or ‘we’, and/or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website Alosi Candles, based at Caerbrok, Walkers Lane, Shorwell, Isle of Wight, PO30 3JZ. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this site.
By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions which together with our privacy policy govern Alosi Candle’s relationship with yourself when using this website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
If for whatever reason you do not agree with these terms and conditions then we would advise you to stop using this website.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
Please note these terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime and without notice. It is the responsibility of you as a customer to review and agree with these terms and conditions regularly to be sure of any changes prior to every purchase. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to any changes.
Should any of the revised changes apply directly to your order, we will notify you. If you intend to cancel the Contract with us upon such changes, you may cancel either in respect of just the affected Products or all the Products even if you are yet to receive these. If you opt to cancel, you shall return (at our cost) relevant products or the whole order and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges

PRODUCTS
All our products are made with 100% soy wax and natural fragrances and poured by hand, every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible, however these can be subject to variations depending on when the product was made and can therefore colours and scents can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the images shown on our website. Please be aware that seasonal changes can sometimes affect the way our candles look, however this does not affect the scent or the way the candle will burn.
REPRESENTATIONS
• By entering into a contract of sale with us you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty, whether made innocently or negligently that is not set out in these terms or the privacy policy.
• You shall not have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation against us based on any statements made in this contract
• Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, we do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the products. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Anybody using this site under the age of 16 years old must have permission from a parent/guardian and adult supervision.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You acknowledge and agree that by entering into this Contract with us you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
You shall not have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation against us based on any statement in this Contract
• (a) These terms and conditions will become a binding contract between us and you upon the acceptance of your order by ourselves in the form of a written confirmation of your order being sent to you by email stating an order number and a dispatch confirmation (These may come at different times depending on product activity) Without both of these we are not bound the order.
(b) If any conflict is made regarding the acceptance of your order listed in (a) then the order will take priority.
(c) Please ensure you state all order numbers in all correspondence whether this be by email or phone regarding your order
(d) If payment of your products has been made and for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order, ie, a sale item or stock item is no longer available or out of stock or an error has occurred with the pricing on our site we will notify you and a refund will be made along with delivery costs using the same payment method as originally used.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
• Your legal right to cancel an order starts from the date you receive the dispatch confirmation number, this depends on what you have ordered and how it is being delivered.
You have a legal right as a consumer to cancel a contract under the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013 during the period set out below:
- If your Contract is for a single Product, The end of the cancellation period will be 14days after the day on which you receive your product.
-If your contract was for multiple items bought at the same time and they are all sent at different times by us, then the end of your cancellation period will be 14 days after the day on which you receive your last item.
• If during the relevant period set out above you intend to cancel the contract with us you can notify us of your decision and receive a full refund along with postage costs. This refund will be sent in the same format as it was originally paid by yourself.
Further advice on cancelling a contract can be obtained from your local Citizens advice Bureau, or Trading Standards Office.

We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your Alosi Candles log in details, please inform us immediately.
